Acharya Narendra Dev College

Acharya Narendra Dev College offers academic programmes and is a government-funded member of Delhi University. It has received UGC approval, and ANDC has been accredited with an “A” grade by the NAAC. There are two UG programmes and one PG programme given by Acharya Narendra Dev College in the field of Science and Commerce. While the DUET tests are utilised for admission to graduate programmes, the CUET exams serve as the foundation for Acharya Narendra Dev College admission to undergraduate courses. For the students, Acharya Narendra Dev College placement drives are organised by the institute’s designated placement cell. Additionally, it extends an invitation to leading corporations like HCL-BPO, Woord, Genpact, etc. to take part in the ANDC placement drive programme. 60 percent of students have been placed by the placement cell.

Additionally, Acharya Narendra Dev College scholarships are offered to deserving students who are also struggling financially. Some of these scholarships include the Ms. Teena Gupta Memorial Scholarship, which gives a reward of Rs 6000, the Sh. Sultan Chand Endowment Scholarship, which offers a prize worth Rs 3,500, the D.C. Arora Scholarship, which contains two scholarships for Rs 6000 each, etc. The college consistently advances with innovative educational methods outside of the traditional methods of teaching-learning. Acharya Narendra Dev College courses allow students to experience hands-on learning activities including project-based learning, theatre, filmmaking, debate, audio recording, discussion, and photography. Acharya Narendra Dev College multimedia and IT facilities in addition to classes. Laptops are given to the students for their use as well as to promote the self-learning approach because the operating system is “Open Source”. The institution offers training to the new enrollees in order to encourage the use of Open Source Software in education.
