AIIMS Rishikesh courses are offered such as for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral-level courses. Medical courses include MBBS, MD/MS, Ph. D, MDS, DM, M. Ch, PDCC, and M.Phil. Paramedical courses include B.Sc, M.Sc, technician, and B.Sc./diploma programmes. Each course at AIIMS Rishikesh has a separate specialisation. The AIIMS Rishikesh course admissions have different admission criteria according to the course such as for MBBS, selection criteria are based on the NEET examination.  For other B.Sc. courses, students must appear in the AIIMS Rishikesh entrance examination.
