About PES University
People’s Education Society University was established in 2013. It was established under the Karnataka State Act of 2013. The university is also known as PESU Bangalore or PES University. The university has been accredited by NAAC and is approved by the AICTE. The university has also secured a place in the rank band of 100-150 in the engineering category in the NIRF Ranking 2023.
PES university offers a range of courses at the diploma, undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral levels. It offers a total of 27 courses and some of the popular courses offered by the university are B.Tech, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, M.Tech, M.Com, MSc and so on. PES university admission is offered based on different entrance exams for various courses MAT, CAT, GATE, KCET JEE MAIN etc. The university even has its own entrance exam called PEESAT for different courses in arts, science, law and management stream.
The PES University campus is spacious and is equipped with various high-end facilities for better learning experiences. The campus has hostels, library, etc. for the students. The university also provide placement opportunities to its students through campus placements. As per current statistics for the year 2023, 1145 students got placed in top companies with the highest package of Rs 65 LPA. The average package in the university was Rs 4.90 LPA and 67 companies including Delliote, HP, IBM, Cisco visited the campus drive.
