It was founded as the “Institute of Integral Technology” by a group of IITians from Educational institutions, government organizations, and various businesses. It was the first State Private University to be designated as a “Minority Institution.” Under Act No. 9, 2004, the Integral University was created on 6th February 2004.

Applicants may enrol at Integral University for the 2025 academic year based on their CAT score. On December 19, the administration made the IIM CAT results online accessible. Students may access the results by going to iimcat.ac.in, the exam’s official website.

With the release of the CAT results, IIMs will publish their own cut-offs to select applicants for MBA programmes. Applicants must pass further admissions requirements, such as the written test, group discussion, and personality interview, in order to enrol in their preferred business school. For several undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programmes, including BBA, BCA, and MCA,  Integral University  admission for 2022 is currently available. The University has not, however, made the deadline for applications public. On its official website, the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has opened the online registration period for the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility Test UG, also known as UP NEET UG 2022 Mop-up round counselling.

Integral University has strict rules against ragging on the campus. It is a punishable offense and can lead to the cancellation of admissions. There can be monetary consequences as well. Following committees have been put up in place for the prevention of ragging:

• Anti-Ragging Committee: The following members will be the part of this committee:
  • Pro-Vice-Chancellor as Chairperson
  • DSW as Member
  • Deans of all the departments as Members
  • HODs as Members
  • Proctor as Member
  • Provost as Member
  • Chief Hostel Warden as Member
• Anti Ragging Flying Squad: This committee has 9 groups. In each group, there are 7 faculty members from different departments of the university. The main purpose of this squad is to ensure the duties assigned to anti-ragging committees are adequately executed.
• Counseling cell on Ragging: This cell is headed by a senior faculty with 4 members from different departments and briefs the students on the activities or actions that might be considered ragging and the outcomes if found liable.
• Departmental Disciplinary Committee: This committee is headed by the Assistant Proctor and 3 faculty members of the respective departments. It is set up to be mobile, alert, and active at all times of the day and is empowered to inspect potential ragging places.

Integral University also has a Women Grievance Cell to promote equal opportunities for development for women and prevent any sexual harassment and gender discrimination.

An additional committee for grievances regarding COVID-19 also has been put up in place to address the concerns and grievances of the students related to examinations or any other academic activities arising due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
