IIEST Shibpur BTech admission process will start with JoSAA registration on June 10, 2024. The results and NTA scores for JEE Main 2024 session two for paper one were announced by NTA on April 24, 2024. Students need their JEE Main session 2 application number, date of birth and security pin on the NTA website to download their scorecards. IIEST Shibpur cutoff 2024 for BTech might be released by the second week of June 2024. A total of 54 male, two female, one third gender students were toppers in JEE Main session two paper one in their respective gender-wise categories.

IIEST Shibpur fees range from Rs 30000 to Rs 500000 per year, depending on the degree level, duration and specialization of the course. The college offers 38 courses at PG and UG programmes. Furthermore, IIEST Shibpur offers 11 courses in B.Tech, 9 courses in B.Tech+M.Tech at the UG level. At the PG level, the students can choose a wide range of specializations – 9 courses in M.Tech, 4 course in MSc. Admission to IIEST Shibpur courses are open for the academic year 2025-26. For admission the college conducts JEE Main. In addition to this, scores of GATE, XAT, CAT, MAT, CCMT, DASA UG, JEE Advanced, CCMN, CMAT, IIT JAM, NATA, GMAT are accepted by IIEST Shibpur.
