IIM Ahmedabad

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is a premier B-school established in 1961. The IIMA Society, created under the Societies Act, is responsible for managing the college. In the year 2017, IIMA was recognised as the ‘Institute of National Importance’ by the Government of India. IIM Ahmedabad is ranked 1st in the NIRF Ranking 2024 in the management category. Since 2020, the institute has remained in the top position in the NIRF Management Ranking.

IIM Ahmedabad offers management courses such as MBA, MBA FABM, ePGP, PhD etc. The institute accepts CAT scores for its famous MBA, Online MBA and MBA FABM programmes. To ensure holistic development of students, the college is a member of Partnership in International Management (PIM). Every year hundreds of IIMA students are sent to foreign universities for learning and education.

The college follows the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) for providing clear and concise placement data. IIM Ahmedabad placement 2023 for the PGP course is completed now. More than 200 companies participated in the placement drive. The maximum number of job offers were made by McKinsey & Company (34). BCG and TCS made 33 and 15 job offers respectively. 128 students were placed from MBA-PGPX during the IIM Ahmedabad placement drive 2023. The campus of IIM Ahmedabad has modern facilities such as smart classrooms, an air-conditioned auditorium, a well-stocked library etc.
